Resolved Question: Website for my new E business?

Hello I have an idea for an E commerce website. It's gonna be tiny but there's a good possibility that it grows big. I need someone to help me with the web development for the website. The website needs to be some how advanced and it has a lot of technical aspects. I am still not sure wether I have to approach a web developing company or hire web developer(s) for my website. I am also not aware of the legal aspects of an e commerce website? Shall I approach a legal advisor or does the web developer know of every the legal issues? Please anyone here help me find the pros and cons for every the options mentioned over.
